Returns & Exchange Policy — The Drooze

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.

Eligibility Window

You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this window can't be accepted.

What's Covered

1. Manufacturing defects or damage If your item arrives with a print defect, stitching fault, fabric flaw, or transit damage, we will replace it at no extra cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't possible.

To report this, email support@thedrooze.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video of the defect or damage
  • Photos of the product tag/label

2. Size issues If the size doesn't fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size, subject to availability. Please check our Size Guide on the product page before ordering, as this is the fastest way to avoid a size mismatch.

To request a size exchange, email support@thedrooze.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead.

What's Not Covered

  • Change of mind after the product has been worn or washed
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Items purchased on final sale or with a non-returnable discount code
  • Damage caused by improper washing/care (see care instructions on the product page)

How Returns Work

  1. Email us at support@thedrooze.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and share the return process (pickup or self-ship, depending on your location).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.
  4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit — we'll confirm with you directly.
